Rent a High Value String Instrument

Since the economy of the United States is on a downturn many people are hesitant to purchase string instruments. It is crucial for talented students in particular to have good equipment. This makes the learning process so much easier and more rewarding. During these troubled times we will rent these fine violins, violas, cellos and acoustic basses on a limited basis. Also there are many professionals who have inferior equipment and may benefit from this program.

We will rent many of our High Value One of a Kind Instruments. The entire list is on our website. We cannot guarantee the entire list will be available but many will be available. If a customer picks out a particular instrument and it is not available, one with similar tonal qualities can be substituted.

If you decide you like the instrument you can apply up to 10 months of rental fees towards purchase of that instrument, or one of equal or greater value.

Rates
10 Months 2% of the value per month plus 10% of the rental per month for the insurance, payable in advance.
3 Months 3% of the value per month plus 10% of the rental per month for the insurance, payable in advance.
1 Month 4% of the value per month plus 10% of the rental per month for the insurance, payable in advance.
2 Weeks, Minimum 3% of the value per 2 weeks plus 10% of the rental per 2 weeks for the insurance, payable in advance.

It has been my experience that a string player must play on a new instrument (in the sense of another instrument) for at least two weeks before a performance. It usually takes this time at a minimum to get used to the variances and idiosyncracies of each instrument.

Please call us for more information on this program.
